LEICESTER Speedway have joined forces with leading programme publishers Curtis Sport to produce a special commemorative issue for Sunday's Championship Shield Final.
The Watling JCB Lions are in a national final for the first time in 44 years and are looking to secure their first major silverware.
And the programme, available for fans at the stadium for £4, has a special laminated gloss cover.
It includes a look back at the 1975 Speedway Star Cup Final defeat at Belle Vue including comments from Lions skipper Ray Wilson and Aces hero Peter Collins at the time.
There's also a four-page interview with unsung hero Connor Mountain as well as the usual columns from co-promoters Stewart Dickson and Neil Machin.
Former British Champion Kelvin Tatum, now a successful TV pundit, starts the countdown to the British Grand Prix in Cardiff and there's also a comprehensive stats section with up to date averages and tables.
It's a 'must-have' for fans who want the perfect souvenir of a big occasion for the club.
